SecurityUI.java - Log on, Log off, and Display Logon Information

The Java SecurityUI sample program shows how to log on, log off, and display logon information.

Dependent Files

Associated files are contained under the java sample folder.
Additional files required for running are identified in the CLASSPATH definitions in run.bat file.

How To Run The Sample Program

Double click on the file run.bat.

A window will be opened containing:
    - Sample Option selection dropdown box
    - Run Option command button
    - URL text box
    - Output Pane

Select an option using the drop down box and click on the 'Run Option' button to run the sample program.

Expected Results

If security is enabled, the user will be prompted to log on. Otherwise, Anonymous authentication will be used. If the 'Get Logon Info' option is selected from the 'Choose Option' combo box, the Option pane will display the current logon information. If the 'Logoff' option is selected, the user will be logged out of the session.

Please note that the samples are not intended to be treated as end-user applications. Refer to the sample code for examples of how to use the API when developing your own applications.
