Introduction

This document is intended for use with IBM® Cognos® Software Development Kit. The Software Development Kit is a collection of cross-platform Web services, libraries, programming interfaces, and related APIs that you can use to access the full functionality of your IBM Cognos software. For more information, see the IBM Cognos Software Development Kit Developer Guide.

This document provides instructions for installing the Software Development Kit package from the IBM Cognos Software Development Kit disc.

Audience

To use this guide, you should have basic Windows, UNIX, and Linux administration skills.
