Files to Customize in Cognos Business Intelligence

The following is a list of files in IBM® Cognos® Business Intelligence that you must customize and their descriptions. These files are located in installation_location/msgsdk. You may only have a subset of the following files depending on which Cognos Business Intelligence components you have installed.

Customizing these files ensures that all messages and strings appear in a customized language.

Replace the XX in each file name with the lowercase language code of the target language.
