Notes:

Under /bin64 for 64bit install or /bin for 32bit install, please create icudt48l for Little Endian system or icudt48b for Big Endian system;
Please go to http://userguide.icu-project.org/datetime/timezone#TOC-Updating-the-Time-Zone-Data to follow the step 3 to download the updated .res files;
e.g., zoneinfo64.res
metaZones.res
timezoneTypes.res
windowsZones.res
Save the downloaded .res files into icudt48l or icudt48b folder;
Restart IBM Cognos Server to take effect.
