A window will be opened containing:<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Report selection dropdown box<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Run Option command button<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- URL text box<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Results Display Window <br>

Click on the 'Create Schedule' button to run the sample program.</p>
